"I worked for DreamHost from 2006 to Late 2012. Overall they were a very good company to work for but since hiring a CEO they have gotten a bit more corporate which makes working there a lot less enjoyable than it did in previous years. Lots of high-quality people work there too which was refreshing. I do feel that some very big mistakes were made in decision making which has caused problems for the company over the last 2-3 years or so."
