"Because it was contract work, I worked from home. Also the project we developed was very interesting."

"Not enough communication between the company and the developers. Most of the time we had to develop blindly, with hopes that they would like what we did, in order to meet deadlines."

"Better communication with your developers and a better understanding of project with your business analysts"

"It Dept was fine. The people seems to be happy with the work they where doing."

"Make sure you are a Mac user. The dept really love its Macs."

"The lack of resources and the machines that we where using. They were older computers trying to run the new programs."

"There really is nothing I can say about the management since it has been a while since I work there."

"Do not be afraid of saying you do not know the answer to a question. Do not be afraid of admitting you made a mistake. They would rather have you acknowledge a mistake, take responsbility for solving it, and move on."
What don't you like about working at SIG Susquehanna?
"There does seem to be much room for advancement. Too many people with what appears to be overlapping responsibilities, but in reality none of them will take responsibility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Minor point. Get better office furniture. The current chairs and desks seem to be from an elementary school. They are FAR too short and low."
