What do you like about working at Fetter Logic?
"The paychecks don't bounce and the office space is nice."

"If you don't have a job, approach this place with caution. Negotiate for the salary you expect four years from now. If you have a job, look elsewhere."

"Cannot trust anyone in a management role. Pretty much expect dishonesty and spin."

"Be honest to your customers and employees. Empower your employees"

"Ibex was USAID/DSA project donated by Harvard univerisity and project completed"
What don't you like about working at ibex?
"I don't like work schedule which is Not flexible. bcs sometimes as a developer you might have problem that you want to work early in the morning, to night or any time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For developer, knowing what to expect, supportive manager, flexible work schedule and motivation are very important. motivation might not be always increasing salary/ training. depending on the time and person might be vary."

"Be prepare 4-8 weeks to process security clearance after receiving offer letter."

"It provides few training opportunity. It has slow deployment process."

"IT manager should be more technical background, so the communication can be easier."

"The projects assigned really pushed the technology envelope. At Times, we had to think outside the box."

"Everything I have stated is based on perception, so...no advice. Each person should be able to make their own decisions without outside, possibly biased, opinions."
What don't you like about working at G4S?
"My boss. She seemed to manipulate our performance reviews in a way that prevented advancement. During an average performance review, she once told me that perception is everything when referring to my work ethic. I would arrive at work at between 5 am and 7 am daily because of the work load, but I need to leave by 5 pm. She told me that people outside the department would talk about how I left at 5 pm every night. It didn't matter to her that I was actually putting 10-12 hrs every day. What mattered to her was what other perceived."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management should monitor middle management more closely. Middle management needs to be more fair and honest with the employees under them."

"If you are called for interview you most probably got the job. Most employers call 10 people for one position. Here they call 3 or 4 people for 2 or 3 same opening."

"I am not a salesman, so selling myself to get new contracts was difficult."

"Its who you know and not necessarily what you know. Networking and personal relationships should not trump actual knowledge and expertise."

"Be honest with people -- they deserve to know the truth, even when its not great news. The old boys network needs to be broken up."

"The owner knew nothing about tech and sometimes asked us to accomplish the impossible."

"Listen to your tech team when they say they a project will take at least 6 months but you want it in 3 weeks."
