"Too much emphasis on fundraising, I was there to do reports, compile data, and get the numbers out in a timely and accurate fashion, not to raise funds."

"Keep in mind when you hire someone for a specific task, that task is what they are there to do. Respect people for their strengths and respect the fact that there are some things they might not be so good at."
