"Be ready to sign lots of confidentiality agreements and allow GE to do searches on you. Never interrupt!"

"They do not pay contractors what they are worth and there is not adequate feedback on performance."

"Give new employees or new contractors more structured guidance on what is expected of and out of them both work wise and socially."
