"I enjoy working with data, both in its original form and in an extracted, transitioned form. By reviewing the raw data it is often easy to identify inefficient processed based upon the lack of quality data to perform the necessary transformations. Unfortunately, by identifying the bad data you become the "bad guy" for making past and present bad practices visible to a larger audience."
"I love the amount of autonomy I have as a data manager. I also increasingly enjoy solving unique problems via technical skills. The business of analytics is so diverse, and it truly makes an interesting career."

"ask more than the usual questions daily, and keep asking questions to get answers even if an aswer is not given to you on the first try."

"Wish we could have planning and structure within the group I am currently in to ensure that we can be successfull."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create more project plans and adhere to them, set goals for the team and stick with them to ochieve the goal. Don't go a-stry from the goal at hand."

"I like the great team of people. I felt I was making a significant contribution to the team effort."

"Just put your best foot forward, and if you're a good fit (I was perfect), it will be a rewarding experience."
What don't you like about working at Pfizer?
"Can't say a thing now. I really hated working in the plant across the street, but now Pfizer Global R&D is a great place to work."

"Keep up the good work. Avoid going back to the 80s."

"Be flexible and willing to work overtime. Be willing to learn and grow with the company."

"Not enough support to find another position within the same team."

"More support for employees so that a clearance is not lost because a person went to another contract that did not need the clearance."

"Stagnant senior management with almost exclusive focus on promoting engineers to executive management."

"To be competitive and attract the best talent, there should be more emphasis on improving the culture."
