"To get a job there, put forth a self-starter attitude and show that you're willing to work hard for the company. Be sure that the company is financially stable before you accept a job"

"At the end of my employment, I did not believe in the direction of the company - or have faith in the management team."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more selective & critical of the operational managers. Do not take advantage of your employees."

"Benefits were very good, and the people were a joy to work with."

"There was not much in the way of growth potential."

"Streamline the department. Management was very horizontal, which was stagnating project progress."

"There is not necessarily a high demand for a data administrator. The CEO knows enough and has enough free time to do it on his own if you do not prove independent enough."

"No room for improvement. Was only a summer job which I knew going into it."

"Plan to expand. The company has more than enough security and stability to expand into new regions of construction where demand is very high in the Brooklyn region."
