"The fact that it was our police department and a good crop of people. I got to know the inner workings of a community-oriented police department."

"Honesty again, and stil use the common sense approach. It law enforcement, and they expect detail."

What don't you like about working at South Bend Police?

"The times when our officers were shot or killed. It's not a good feeling to listen to a radio call and no answer comes back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had no problem with management here. They were open to all suggestions."

What do you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"The IT staff that I worked with helped train me and allowed for me to expand my limited IT skills."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know that they are picky. They take their time with interviewing candidates; but at the end of the day, as long as you can pass a TS-SCI clearance background check then you'll do just fine."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Classified work is a little bit of a pain. Having to keep secrets, and treat each office and sub office as if it were a vault at Fort Knox is a bit of a pain."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. My management at NG was excellent."
