"Talk business and do nothing."

"Do not show that you are smart, just state that Accenture is a great American company and you'll become a valuable asset to it in a short period of time."
What don't you like about working at Accenture?
"Nothing; it does NOT pay severance package, unless you are on unemployment insurance. It uses you and then outsources you to India. It's not an American company. It lies to clients and charges way too much.If you are a professional that's not a place to be."

"Stop brainwashing young kids right out of college."

"I was homebased and the flexible work schedule."

"Good luck and hire in on what you expect because you will never get a raise. I didn't get one for 5 years and we had a 5% cut and 3% cut during this time as well."
What don't you like about working at Acxiom?
"They were always cutting our pay but would give themselves raises."

"Clean up the dead weight at the top and then work your way down. They have people in the wrong places."

"A lot of freedom to do your job without a lot of interference."

"Management was either very knowledgeable or didn't have a clue (re-cycled sales staff), not much in between."

"Quit moving the management every 2 years, let them get to know the job."

"The market was so variable that IT planning was very difficult and we had to deliver quickly with little to no business expertise in some areas"

"Have good business experts work with IT constantly to clearly define requirements and specifications and follow the SDLC."
