"I like the flexibility I have in solving problems but don't get support from management or coworkers when providing effective analysis solutions. After creating the best possible management refuses to validate the relational limitations of our data sources and insists that their approach is the only path available. Frequently the team is short sighted and wastes weeks of time trying to answer requests without source data or a relational interface to manage them. I can lead a horse to water but I can make them drink."
"I love the opportunity to design the ETL, data and workflows required to improve production. However, there are too many road blocks to getting the work done."
"I love making the data easier to access and cleaning the data to make it make more sense. I also hate having to clean up the data on the back end."
"What I love about being a Data Architect is that I'm never bored and constantly learning new things. What I hate about being a Data Architect is working with "bad data"."
"I loved being able to design and provide solutions for customers. Implementing new systems or providing additional tools or functionality for existing systems."
"Working with and understanding data so that I can make a difference is very satisfying."
