"There seemed to be cliques that ran everything. If you weren't in the right group it wasn't very pleasant."

"What I liked most about the company was the diverse group of people that I worked with in the data department. They were very outgoing, hard working, and team centric ."

"The company is very young so be especially attentive to possible improvements to the way things are done and be vocal about such improvements."
What don't you like about working at Stripes39?
"The work was about as exciting as data entry can be, so I was quite bored with the job. However, the job did get more exciting when I was promoted to outsource team lead."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for management would be not to underestimate their employees. There was a lot of technical talent in the data department that could have added tremendous productivity if used correctly. management could have tailored procedures to tap those resources."

"Ford is a wonderful environment to work in and an interview is a privilege."

"Direct hire positions are too few. Would love to work full time for Ford"

"Value the contract worker more. I brought a lot to the table and was key in getting Ford certified to sell vehicles in China."

"The company instills a drive in its employees that carry over into their work. This drive for me was the desire to help and improve the lives of the military customers for which we developed our software."

"The company is very technical so brush up on your skills before going on an interview as there will be coding during your interview"

"The company offered mediocre advancement opportunities, and benefits to its workers."

"The management of the project and company where fairly decent, however, my suggestion to them would be to provide the employees with more and clearer information on the customer's goals for the software."

"The autonomy and pace at which they allow me to work and meet deadlines. I also enjoy the fact that there is zero micro management."

"Plan on finding answers on your own, and your own judgement is your greatest tool."
What don't you like about working at Sirota?
"The fact that communication is poor and getting answers can take a great deal of time. When my head is wrapped around a problem and I need an answer fast sometimes I have to wait almost 2 days to receive an answer, and sometimes that answer never comes."

"Exhibit better communication skills and reply to emails as promptly as possible."
