What do you like about working at Dassault Systèmes?

"Dassault has been a great place to work. Management is helpful and welcomes ideas. Dassault has many team building events and I am compensated well and my health insurance is very strong. I have been very successful at Dassault and would like to stay there but we sell mainly to the engineering/manufacturing sector and w/ the slow economy and the rampant outsourcing of US based manufacturing overseas the company and all its competitors are struggling so I don't know if I will be able to stay."

What don't you like about working at Dassault Systèmes?

"Dassault needs to promote more from w/in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote more from w/in and provide more advancement opportunity and you may not have as much turn over."
