"Worked with Darling for 3 years. Probably worst experience in my life. You have to give up all your personal time, no family, no weekends, no public holidays. Overtime is a mandate regardless. Culture of discouraging ownership and initiative, no appreciation no matter how well you do. Management is miserable."
