"The management was particularly bad at assigning work. They assigned a huge workload to everyone. At least they were not biased, and we all suffered together. When the stress and exhaustion due to the brutal working hours started taking its toll, people started to quit. I am glad I did too."

Furthermore, the company's operational structure was utterly unworkable, with frequent changes in policies and procedures that left employees feeling confused and frustrated. To make matters worse, the President's leadership style was characterized by a condescending and sarcastic tone, creating a toxic and demoralizing environment."
"The Worst Work Pressure You Will Ever Witness - BEWARE! - I am 100% sure that it's impossible to talk about this job without highlighting some harsh truths. The management is selfish and doesn't care about employees. They will keep increasing the work pressure until you are extremely stressed and exhausted. They won't care about your physical and mental health. I lost my peace due to it. You can avoid my fate by not taking up a job here. Otherwise, there will be awful consequences."
