"I've worked at Dana TDF for the past 3 years and in that time I have expanded my job knowledge to include functioning axles and watched a new Dana Plant built in the progress. I have incredible respect for both my Management as well as my co-workers."
"I have worked for Dana Corporation for 26 years. In the first 15 this was a great company to work but new management have caused the company to be mediocre."
"The company that I worked for 7.5 years TDM was purchased by Dana. At first, things were great. Being part of a big company. Two months after the acquisition we were informed that our plant would be closed and our products moved to other existing Dana plants. Four months later the other plant people were trained and the products and machines were moved to the new locations. The plant closed. A few people were offered jobs to relocate or travel. I did not want to relocate or travel so I was laid off."
"very close knit operation"
"No work life balance; hard to face family life"
"Terrible culture, poor basic understanding of manufacturing principles"
"Great company to work for."
"Good place to work! Management was very good to me, just not much experience in upper management! Employees were good to work with! Benefits could have been better! But they were not bad."
"I worked at Dana from July of 1987 till April of 2007. Dana was an excellent company to work for using the Dana Style of Management. It was based upon solid values and focused on delivering results through great leaders developed and promoted from within. The company had an excellent foundation and culture built over a period of 100 plus years"
