Mechanical Engineering Co-op

"I had worked for Dana during my last co-op and have greatly enjoyed my time there. The work I was given was challenging but never overwhelmed me, as well as very engaging. The people there were a joy to work with and I am personally sad to leave."

"The company that I worked for 7.5 years TDM was purchased by Dana. At first, things were great. Being part of a big company. Two months after the acquisition we were informed that our plant would be closed and our products moved to other existing Dana plants. Four months later the other plant people were trained and the products and machines were moved to the new locations. The plant closed. A few people were offered jobs to relocate or travel. I did not want to relocate or travel so I was laid off."

"I worked at Dana from July of 1987 till April of 2007. Dana was an excellent company to work for using the Dana Style of Management. It was based upon solid values and focused on delivering results through great leaders developed and promoted from within. The company had an excellent foundation and culture built over a period of 100 plus years"
