"What I like is that there is always something new when working with chemicals. There is always new ideas and tasks that I love to tackle."

"The only thing I don't like working at Cytec Engineering Materials is that I love to work and sometimes, there are people there that don't. I love to get it done and get it done fast."

"I had an exciting project, working with a great team of engineers. Unfortuantly, due to the recession, the project was put on hold 12 to 18 months"

"Make sure you get written clarification of the organization structure and your job description before you accept a job with Cytec."

"Cytec is short-sighted. It would take to long to give justice to that statement."

"Take risks for long-term rewards. Don't just worry about your short-term annual bonus. In the long run, you will come out ahead if you think long-term."
