"I like being able to teach students about fine arts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared for most of your job treading through bureaucratic paperwork, filling out forms, using an array of inefficient software programs, learning a bunch of different programs that politicians institute, dealing with parents who won't help but hurt student progress, dealing with too many other tasks and departments completely unrelated to teaching your students. It leaves little to no time to actually develop lessons and engage students. If you do extra-curricular, like all of fine arts, then your life is really over. 50-70 hour weeks. Summer off really doesn't make up for it, besides you have to go to conventions and festivals with the students over the summer anyways."
