"The district under-values its employees, and showed little regard for the safety of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. In one of the largest districts in Texas, which has some of the best teachers in the state, often the educators are micromanaged and overworked with little incentive outside of empty compliments. In what could/should be one of the best places to work, sadly it can be a toxic environment for many."
