"RUN! If you are looking for a place for career growth, do not go here. Executive management is completely oblivious of what is going on within the company. Managers, VPs, Directors etc are hired/promoted because of who they know, and no basis on their skills. The turnover in IT is ridiculous, someone really should take a long hard look at why? This place is a great place to commit career suicide. Resources are lacking to do jobs, mentors arena non existent to assist, technology is ancient, no one is willing to make beneficial changes, they just give the excuse of "well this is how it has always been done". RUN as far as you can!!"
