"Nepotism is alive and well here. Owner's son has his hands on every aspect of the business and attempt to control it all. Employee's are treated as though they owe the company a debt of gratitude for their employment and are constantly reminded about how replaceable they are. If you require a H1 visa, have the name Yalamanchili or are Indian is about the only thing that solidifies your position. Being Politically Correct only applies to those whom aren't in the family/management. Although compliance is stated as a high importance, policies/procedures are not enforced, especially if they require additional costs."
