"The leadership was not there. They had some issues outside of their control that lead to a loss of a major member of their leadership team. Without leadership, I did not have the guidance that I needed joining a brand new team. In addition, the company was not a cultural match for me. I think it could be a great experience for some people, but for me, it was not a match."
