"CW Services took me from one stage in life and elevated me to another; I will always be grateful for that! The managers and technicians I work with are stellar; and everyday is Day One. My only issue is with promotion, in that I have now been with the company for nearly 3 years and have not been promoted despite several promises and opportunities; they brought in someone from the outside. I have learned from the different individuals that have come and gone."
"I have worked for amazon engineering and my years with them has been nothing but growth, learning, and training to be the best in the world of innovation"
"I have been with C&W services for over 2 years. The experience I had with the Salt Lake City location was not bad but also not good. The job itself was not hard and paid descent which is the only thing that kept me here. Good training, tools, and cooperation with management are non-existent. Getting a promotion or good shift is impossible unless you are favored by management. Great job temporarily while you find a better one."
"Pay was good but that was about it..."
"Worked for Cushman and Wakefield for 1 yr. very supportive to employees."
"Worked for C&W for 4 years, alot of nepotism, people promoting and hiring their friends and relatives. Then they make a few people do all the work while they let their friends and relatives sit around and do nothing. Glad to get out."
"C&W Services is a great company to work for but overall the HR Department doesn't exist."
"I worked for C&W Services for 1.5 years. I feel that they are not progressive but stuck in the past, especially with regard to inclusivity, diversity, culture, and ethics."
"IT WAS AN AVERAGE EXPERIENCE"
"I have been working for C&W Services, the main maintenance contractor company of Amazon, since June/2018. I got hired as a Robotics Technician level 1. I got my second promotion around 3 months ago, becoming the Lead Technician of FHDs team. I achieved all goals I wanted in this company, and I feel I need a new path for my career. I have learned a lot working here. I have gained troubleshooting, leadership, and customer-service skills. However, I feel like the RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team could be a little better organized. Also, it would be very helpful if we could have an easier access to HR (Human Resources)."
