My only issue is with promotion, in that I have now been with the company for nearly 3 years and have not been promoted despite several promises and opportunities; they brought in someone from the outside. I have learned from the different individuals that have come and gone."

"I have been with C&W services for over 2 years. The experience I had with the Salt Lake City location was not bad but also not good. The job itself was not hard and paid descent which is the only thing that kept me here. Good training, tools, and cooperation with management are non-existent. Getting a promotion or good shift is impossible unless you are favored by management. Great job temporarily while you find a better one."

However, I feel like the RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team could be a little better organized. Also, it would be very helpful if we could have an easier access to HR (Human Resources)."
