"As a honest opinion, I really thought that this post start-up company has potential and possibly take 10-20+ years to become the next Fortune 500 company."

What do you like about working at Certify Data Systems?

"I was the only one and the only captain of the ship in my engineering support department, empowered to treat this department as my own company. I was usually able to make the best and sound judgements to effectively upkeep support issues as efficient as possible. I also liked how close we are as a family, where everyone knows everyone and somewhat supportive of each other."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Build rapport and sincerity while showcasing your confidence and technical knowlege as much as possible."

What don't you like about working at Certify Data Systems?

"There was no Human Resources department. Technical Management may sometimes be less organized. For example, my paycheck was sometimes delayed...etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I applaud my boss and owner of Certify Data Systems for always not afraid to take risks, which helped the company somehow to stay alive today. As for suggestions, I would suggest for management to utilize and practice the total quality management (TQM) concepts and the six sigma business management stategy."

"Micro management and polkitical structure that causes shut down of creativity."

"Maintain communication with lower ranks. Once management started being overwhelmed or ignoring lower ranks, things started to fall apart."

"Remember the core values. It's what started the company, grew to where it became and kept fortune 100 companies interested in building the company."
