PDS Technical Services gave me that opportunity with MasterCard. Although the contract did not turn into a permanent position I learned a lot with my role as an Associate Customer Operations Support Specialist. I really do not have any negative things to say about the job, the job was what I expected, very challenging, very busy, and demanding."

"Flexibility of schedule, easy going work atmosphere and ability to work at your own pace."

"Don't expect a lot of direction upon being hired and don't be surprised if offer is way lower than you would expect."
What don't you like about working at CATEYE?
"Very disorganized and no room to grow. Also benefits package is very weak."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Recognize talents and promote based on skills and performance. Also trust your employees and don't micromanage."
