The downside is the fact that most people think of us as uneducated and working in menial - dead end jobs. This is not at all the case with many of my colleagues."

"The interview is pretty strait forward and the job is not bad is good to have till you need to find another job with higher pay ..."

"Extremely Poor Raise Increase, rules seem to change a lot, feels like they say one thing and do another."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Giver higher raises to bagger around $1+, more vocation time, be more understanding and not so strict."
