"Having control over the work I do. Be able to come out when I am done with the job."

"Moral is very low because of the work environment , there is no reward for the hard work you do."

"Find the way of motivating the people that do the hard labor."

"The salary was on par for amount of work required."

"Be prepared to work with people who are anticipating their own layoff. Everyone is on edge and for good reason. Many people do know do their share of work and have the old mentality that because of seniority, they are entitled."

"All the employees are skeptical of administration. Administration asked me to return to work for less pay and longer hours."

"Create an atmosphere in which employees were not skeptical of administration."

"The people I work with make my job better because we could all depend on each other to get the job done."

"Just not to have too high expectations if their goal is to advance to higher positions."

"The biggest complaint I have with my current employer is the lack of growth within the company."

"My main suggestion would be to lead by example and improve social skills to improve relationship with other employees."

"We were given freedom and responsibility. We were given the tasks but it was up to us to decide how best to complete them. The responsibility gained from not being babied constantly was priceless."

"Some days are a little boring but its a steady job working with your peers."

"On slow days we sometimes ran out of work in between tasks and we didn't have any backup work to keep us occupied"

"Keep a few non time dependent jobs on the back burner in case of slow days."

"This was a terrific starter job for a student to make some extra cash."

"The management treated myself an everyone great don't change a thing."

"I'm stuck in a job that does not interest me, but continue to do it for the stabilitiy."

"Be more demanding of employee performance while at the same time allowing for input."

"It's a job. I'm glad to have it. I like the people I work around. They make my day go by fast. The hours are nice too. They don't discriminate"

"If you need this job tell them be honest. Tell them you will do your best and that you really want this job. If that treat you badly get a different job fast!"
What don't you like about working at Cummins Facility Services?
"The work really isn't great. It is extremely repetitive and it never changes. You do the excat same thing everyday! Bosses never say your doing a great job. They only tell you that nothing is done correctly and that you have to do a better job. There are no rewards to be found here. I can't even put my pay on the scale because it's not that much. Some people that are hired are extremely undependable. The dependable people get crapped on while the other ones are rewarded. The reward is getting your name in a newsletter! The job isn't worth the pay. They don't give you a riase when the cost of living goes up, and the don't compensate you for taking on more duties. This job can be very stressful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire dependable people. If you promote within your own workforce than do so. If you have a good worker reward them. You will lose those good workers and end up with more complaints."
