"It's a job. I'm glad to have it. I like the people I work around. They make my day go by fast. The hours are nice too. They don't discriminate"

"If you need this job tell them be honest. Tell them you will do your best and that you really want this job. If that treat you badly get a different job fast!"

What don't you like about working at Cummins Facility Services?

"The work really isn't great. It is extremely repetitive and it never changes. You do the excat same thing everyday! Bosses never say your doing a great job. They only tell you that nothing is done correctly and that you have to do a better job. There are no rewards to be found here. I can't even put my pay on the scale because it's not that much. Some people that are hired are extremely undependable. The dependable people get crapped on while the other ones are rewarded. The reward is getting your name in a newsletter! The job isn't worth the pay. They don't give you a riase when the cost of living goes up, and the don't compensate you for taking on more duties. This job can be very stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire dependable people. If you promote within your own workforce than do so. If you have a good worker reward them. You will lose those good workers and end up with more complaints."
