"Conditions in The Hartford Branch were hostile. Lots of yelling and screaming from managers towards employees."
"Very abusive Branch Manager in Windsor. High turnover. Yelling and screaming at inside and outside sales reps. is commonplace. Branch Manager has been sued in the past for harassment. Stay away! Chances for success out of that branch are very low in those working conditions. Conditions are better in most other branches. No human resources onsite in Windsor to help and corporate HR in Orchard Park turns the other way, possible because the branch is somewhat profitable."
"Very verbally abusive work environment. When I joined in 2016 I attended a training event in Buffalo Ny with 14 other people. Two years later only two people from that group remained onboard. Business Managers constantly bully and threaten newer employees. The company preaches bales of respect and integrity but does not treat their employees well."
"Very abusive culture and work environment. High turnover."
