"I have worked for Curaleaf for the last 11 months. The company is one of the biggest cannabis producers in the world. They have good employee retention. Unfortunately, they decided to close operations here in Salinas. They have operations in 23 states and the brand is very prestigious. The work environment is great."
"curaleaf is a young company with poor management as it relates to resources"
"I spent less than a year at Curaleaf, but overall I enjoyed the people I worked with. It's a young, start-up feels that will energize you. The unfortunate news is the executives are not transparent about their strategy and you may end up on the wrong side of their plan."
"Valuable start-up experience. Be prepared to handle a variety of challenging tasks and tight deadlines."
"A very young industry in MD as well as the country. The industry needs more of a standardized understanding of what the industry really is at this time. Every company believes they are inventing a better "mouse trap" or reinventing the wheel. This industry supports the production and sales of a product that virtually sells itself. This is why "everyone" believes in their expertise. As chemists, biologists and Scientists (in general) we all need to work together without an ego to have the best team of individuals to further develop this new industry and products. This company has much to learn!"
