"I have been working in Cumberland Farms for 2 years. It has been expanding its business and the company has a lot of talented people. However, some of the management team leaders do not have clear understanding the right way to solve business issues and lead the company to a better future. Overall it is still a good company to work with."

"I've worked at Cumberland Farms for 2 years, full time during the summers and part-time during school. I enjoyed my time there as they provided me with many learning opportunities. However, there was no opportunity for growth after the graduation of my MBA. I feel that the work I did there helped prepare me with the time management, technical, and communication skills necessary for this role!"

Cumberland Farms Employee

"9+ years - store level. Good benefits - health, eye, dental, 401k match. Min wage job. Minimal opportunity for growth unless you want to be a Store Manager - if you fit their profile of age 30-45, even tho they don't say that. Poor training. Workload in new concept stores 5x greater with no increased compensation. Continuously pushing to work harder, do more "for the team". ZERO work/life balance - it's expected you live around what's best for the store/company. Time served means nothing."

"I've worked for Cumberland farms for one year now and in that time I have discovered that while it is a very appealing, new looking opportunity, it is still a basic minimum slave wage job. The company has a few perks that they give to employees, such as work clothes and coupons; but the compensation is nothing a normal human being can live on in this day and age. The only consistent perk we get is free drinks; but no free food despite the fact we throw a lot away."
