What do you like about working at Culligan?

"Working with the owner, working to build a sale department while increase sale volume, everything, but one issue there and is still there. As for the owner I would have done almost anything for him, for I believe in him, his ideals, his morals, and his work ethic."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Consider there is an individual for no reason at all who when she is not the center of attention will turn on you to become the center of attention within the company. Other than that, working for Jeff is wonderful, educational, and mostly enjoyable."

What don't you like about working at Culligan?

"Working with a trouble maker for the company the owner, and the employees, but the owner has been trained by this individual he can't go on without her. Yet, she has cost the company several accounts, some business, and ran off some quality employees who would of stayed and worked harder without her there. However, that is the owner's choice to keep her there. This is the biggest single reason why anyone has left the company. This is the one issue I spoke of earlier."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what you had planned to do prior to the fire a few years ago. Other than that, look at each employee as to worth and cost to the company. On the surface there are those who might seem a little less than good, but consider the fact of one individual being the center of 99% of the issues and the owner will find he can be more profitable through a more motivated work force."
