"Company is stable, growing and provides support to the employees. The President roams around the office and says hi to the employees. Excellent 401K and benefits. But certain teams like QA does not follow any ethics. No opportunities for growth or new ideas. Manager is very partial, leads are discouraging to the subordinates and communication is very unprofessional and emotional at times. Annual review process to evaluate promotions definitely needs improvements, solely based on the person you report to, and if that person is unethical, nothing will be fair to you."
