What do you like about working at CSX Transportation?

"Great people and traveling between 2 or more states, and nice hard work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The job is hard work and long hrs but it is worth it. Remember that safety is always a priority and if you are not safe this job will kill you."

What don't you like about working at CSX Transportation?

"Coming to work scared, a work environment is supposed to be comfortable, not tense."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They hire people to move and deliver freight, let them do their jobs, don't make the employees uncomfortable, give them incentives to come to work and do the job right, not write up for every little thing you can nit pick at."
