"Know who to go talk to about a grievance and how to handle management that is bias."

What don't you like about working at CSX Transportation?

"Working for a employer that did not want you to move up and learned different jobs in the company. Not military friendly. Never could get overtime, boss always not want to filled the job with me doing overtime. I work midnights but not offered to work extra hours even when I suggested it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management need not assumed that a person is sleeping on a job but may have a medical condition. Not terminate a employee without doing a drug test."
