"None! I was not micromanaged and management was always there to help out in every way possible. There was never a question that was pushed back on me."

"It was a great learning opportunity. CSUMB had been setup with IT as the backbone from the beginning. As such, managing and deploying technology was intuitive."

"The mentality that employees would develop after joining the union and working for more than a year. The idea that, I'm a union worker, you can't tell me to do more than what's in my job description!"

"To be a teaching assistant, first, become a graduate student. Second, get to know the professors. Third, find one that needs a TA. It is that simple."
