"When I moved to Phoenix area, I followed my husband here for him to pursue an opportunity. I applied at CSAA and was lucky to receive an interview and a job offer. My executive manager was honest when they said that while hiring and working at CSAA was great and the people nice, there were yearly reductions which regularly pruned their workforce based on company performance. I accepted the position with this in mind, and it has been great working at such an interesting insurance company and like many others, I as was part of the recent restructuring. Aside from that, the company is very community oriented, people are so nice and it would be pleasure to work with them again."
