"This could be a wonderful place to work if not for the culture management is fostering. Huge language barrier between upper management to supervisors. They are Korean and do not understand our culture and laws and have minimal grasp of English. Safety is an afterthought, after production and give little or no recognition for improvements or production milestones.No chance of advancement especially if you are good at what you do."
