Crispers Employee

"Worst job ever. No respect from corporate management. No resources to grow your store but you are demanded positive changes. No communication from corporate staff until day of promotions. No allowance for labor, even to meet guest expectations or health codes. Working with your staff is great, until you can't give them a raise because corporate wants them to only make minimum wage unless one of your staff is also your boss' wife or daughter. Nepotism and foul treatment of hardworking management teams. Avoid working for this company. There are better paying jobs out there with less stress."
