"I've worked for Crimson Power Solutions since March 2018. As a startup company, we are continuing to build a strong foothold in the energy management field. Although we've had success over the past months, my compensation is not sustainable and am looking for a role that would provide for a higher salary/commission and allow for a more team-oriented environment. My relationship with my current company remains strong but I am interested exploring opportunities elsewhere."
