"The jobs are scattered. In the event industry its difficult to bank on the next event, because the next event might be 3 weeks away. Leaves alot of downtime."

"Keep on Keepin On. This company has been steadily growing both internally and within the industry"

"Make sure they cater to your experience. The starting wages are more than enought for someone just starting out, but if you are a skilled worker make it know"

"I don't like how they tend to play favorites and haven't given me the opportunity to show them that I know what to do and am not just a mindless peon just because I work on the brawn end instead of the brains."

"Treat your employees like they are human beings and not just cogs in the corporate machine."

"I liked the independence and thier trust in me promoting me to a managment position before I left the company to persue my goal in the banking/finance industry."
