"Some bad apples in mid-level management caused unnecessary problems for sales team efforts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure sales management is qualified. Simply being a producer in sales does not qualify someone for sales management. Management is a different skill set than sales. Pulling your top sales rep off the floor and putting him/her in management hurts sales productivity by removing a top producer."
