"I've been at CS for nearly two years now. The company seems to value quantity over quality and I've seen the best groups quickly replaced by cheaper alternatives that produce low-quality deliverables. Many jobs have been outsourced as of late and that's also resulted in less-than-stellar products."

"The management changed almost every 3+ years and that means new direction. With this new management came new managers, hence hindering the promotion of internal staff."

"I wish they promoted more people from within, as the general consensus was it was easier to get promoted by leaving and going back then through the internal process."
