"CTS can be a great place to work. There are many great people that work there. However, over the past several years it seems the environment is turning into a work harder and faster high pressure environment, with no incentives to do more and more. Executive management won't approve hiring of additional staff even when the business case supports it. As a result the morale of the staff is pretty low. Advancement opportunities are not available to the vast majority of the staff."
