"CTS can be a great place to work. There are many great people that work there. However, over the past several years it seems the environment is turning into a work harder and faster high pressure environment, with no incentives to do more and more. Executive management won't approve hiring of additional staff even when the business case supports it. As a result the morale of the staff is pretty low. Advancement opportunities are not available to the vast majority of the staff."
"I loved working for Creative Testing Solutions. They are a nonprofit organization who specializes in testing blood for donation. At CTS they screen donated blood for pathogens. They also do typing, and work as a clinical lab to develop new FDA approved techniques and machines."
