"The products and the many designs we did, from catalogs to ads to forms and e-mails."

"The product is one that people are happy to receive. The customers are usually very nice."

"The company politics. The company is for sale, so there are too many nervous reactions."

"Be more consistent in procedures, they change often, very confusing."

"It was a laid back environment but got a lot of work done. Everyone was focused in getting new clients and launching campaigns."

"Get a good understanding of social media and referral programs. To be good at the job, it is necessary to understand the business and how it works."

"Not so much structure and guidance for younger employees which made it difficult for employees with experience. Having no training will only hold back the team because there will be a lack of communication."

"Clearer guidance and training was needed so that you know the person you hire will succeed. It isn't fair for someone to learn something they've never done before without training and expect them to be good at it."

"Every day was full filled with new goals, new relationship, new procedures. Advertising have many variations from one process to another."

"Unfortunately, the company moved to Trinidad & Tobago, there's no more a Marketing Department."

"Maybe, at that moment was the lack of support for my team, like new software, capacitation, resources, like creative books or magazines."
