"The products and the many designs we did, from catalogs to ads to forms and e-mails."

"The product is one that people are happy to receive. The customers are usually very nice."
What don't you like about working at Keepsake Quilting?
"The company politics. The company is for sale, so there are too many nervous reactions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more consistent in procedures, they change often, very confusing."
What do you like about working at Extole?
"It was a laid back environment but got a lot of work done. Everyone was focused in getting new clients and launching campaigns."

"Get a good understanding of social media and referral programs. To be good at the job, it is necessary to understand the business and how it works."
What don't you like about working at Extole?
"Not so much structure and guidance for younger employees which made it difficult for employees with experience. Having no training will only hold back the team because there will be a lack of communication."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clearer guidance and training was needed so that you know the person you hire will succeed. It isn't fair for someone to learn something they've never done before without training and expect them to be good at it."
What do you like about working at Air Jamaica?
"Every day was full filled with new goals, new relationship, new procedures. Advertising have many variations from one process to another."

"Unfortunately, the company moved to Trinidad & Tobago, there's no more a Marketing Department."
What don't you like about working at Air Jamaica?
"Maybe, at that moment was the lack of support for my team, like new software, capacitation, resources, like creative books or magazines."

"everyone is an important part of the team engine, no one is less or more if you work in a team."

"Designing the Annual Catalog. Developing new products. The work environment."

"The economy effected the business and hit some trouble waters."

"I have no words for management. They run the company as they see fit and will make them succeed."

"Too little staff for amount of work - need more resources."

"Less micro management, and work to get the employees resources when they need it"

"It doesn't have a future for my career. Dead end"

"I don't know if I want that responsibility. Too stressful"

"I enjoyed being able to expand on my skill and knowledge base and received many accolades for my contribution. I loved the people I worked with!"

"Research the Forrester Report, web site. If you have the potential of being hired, ask to speak to 2-3 employees of various levels to find out about the company culture."

"The CEO, formerly the president of Cymfony became a micro-manager and trusted no one to do their job."

"Hire good people, allow people to grow; instill positive energy into your employees by allowing the to take ownership."
