"Creative Foam is a incredible company to work for. Great employees and management that work together to meet company goals. In my opinion the company needs to expand it's target customers so it is not so reliant on one industry to keep production busy. "The new division that I helped launch used a lot of table saws, and it created a lot of dust. I disliked all the dust in the air."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions to my management with my old employer would be to create a more disciplined production floor, in regards to machine up time. Example: Keeping 10 minute breaks to 10 minutes not 15. Focus more on keeping machines loaded and running more consistently."
