"Remember you are not your role. Do what's required of you and what your bosses expect of you, but if you want more opportunities and more interesting projects, seek them out yourself- don't wait for someone to come to you. Make friends all over the company- this will serve you well."

What don't you like about working at Humana?

"The managers don't talk to us enough, and I don't have the equipment I need to do my job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would talk to my employees more, ask about their projects, make sure they have what they need."

"It's mostly about the 'fit' within the company. Just be yourself and you will do fine."

"I think they underpay their employees because they can. There is such a high demand to work there, I feel they take advantage of this."

"Pay your employees more or they will eventually leave. Sounds bad but its the truth."

"My coworkers. We create a fun environment to work and challenge eachother."

"Be yourself. Most everyone who you'll work with is very down to earth and you can just relax and show them your personality."

What don't you like about working at American Greetings?

"The senior management in charge of creative aren't creative people themselves. So explaining anything from why we choose a certain color up to why we need computers that can run more then Microsoft Word can be challenging."
