Crayola Employee

"I worked for Cray for 8 years. Overall, a nice place to work. The company is drifting into the environment of all personnel being fungible... not recognizing individuals for their individual contributions, etc. Hard to tell if the current management is helping in this regard. I was bundled up and sold to Intel where I was like a fish out of water because Cray management was too busy to check on my relevance to the IP being sold and Intel management was too inflexible to assist."
