"no matter what you do or how you do it even to managements direction its not right and you did it wrong"

"not run the company as a ruthless dictator and would stop using verbal abuse and screaming as encouragement methods"

"I enjoyed the challenge of working for a Company that went into bankruptcy protection a month after I started. This may sound strange but I really learned a lot about what is really necessary to run a business and what you can actually do without when you are really pressed with serious cash flow issues."

"No, I think it is better for a new prospective employee to go in with their eyes open and not prejudiced by a former employee's views."

What don't you like about working at Craft Machine Works?

"I didn't enjoy the frustrations of not being able to get the supplies you need when you need them but you still have to meet the delivery dates for the customer. This made management look very foolish when you have people doing virtually nothing during the week and then working overtime when we finally get the materials."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management knows the issues and with their commercial business reduced drastically from the recession, they just have too maintain their base until they can get the work load built back up."

"The owner is a tyrant. You will be on one type of machine until you leave or retire."
